By signing up for ToolRoster and providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from ToolRoster and your employer's account. These messages may include:

• One-time login codes (OTP)
• Tool checkout, check-in, and transfer notifications
• Account and invitation notices

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your tool activity. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply START to re-enable messages after opting out. For help, reply HELP or contact your employer.

Information We Collect

When you sign up, we collect:

• Your mobile phone number (used as your account identifier)
• Your name (optional, added by you or your employer)
• Tool transaction records associated with your account
• Photos captured during tool check-out, check-in, or transfers

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to:

• Authenticate you via one-time SMS codes
• Notify you of tool activity relevant to your account
• Maintain accurate tool custody records for your employer

Your phone number and activity data are visible to your employer's account administrators. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention

Your account data is retained for as long as your employer maintains an active ToolRoster account. You may request deletion of your account by contacting your employer's administrator.
